They had no right to delete my account and make me pay $11.99 a month. I was only calling them to update my credit card. My complaint is I wish to be reinstated back to where I was. I want them to give me my $ 7.99-monthly service again. They always contacted me if an issue arose. I never told them to delete my account, and now I refuse to pay the $11.99 a month for the Life Lock service. I have been with LifeLock since **** and always paid my $7.99. ![]() They told me they deleted my account and wanted me to start over and pay $8.99 for the first month and $11.99 after that. Once I did, the representative said they could not find me in the system. ![]() LifeLock Norton has emailed me asking me to update my credit card information. Then I lost my credit card and received a new card. I have been paying $7.99 for a monthly service for years. ![]() Hello Again, Better Business Bureau, I want to file a major complaint against LifeLock Norton.
